Service Project: Bluebirds and Blooms

For my first service project as Miss Princess of Inver Grove Heights, I collected 63 cans and 6 glass jars for Bluebirds and Blooms to use for floral arrangements for hospice patients. I cleaned each one, removed the labels, and prepared them for reuse. Knowing these flowers will bring joy to others made this project especially meaningful to me.

Princess Dance

On Friday February 7th, my royal sisters and I got to go to the Princess Dance at the Veterans Memorial Center. We helped by greeting everyone in and also by hosting a crafts booth. We also had an amazing pasta dinner. Afterwards all of us danced with so many princesses and took fun pictures along the way. This is one of my favorite events put together by the community. I cannot wait for next year’s.

Vulcan Torchlight Parade

On February 1st my royal sisters and I participated in the Vulcan Torchlight Parade to celebrate the victory of the vulcans over the Winter Carnival. We mingled with other communities and expanded our button collection.  It was a windy day and our winter gear got us noticed by officer Fletcher, calling us the best dressed in the parade! We also got to celebrate one of our judges, East Wind Prince Euros! It was a great ending to the Winter Carnival celebrations.

King Boreas Grande Day Parade

My royal sisters and I enjoyed the Saint Paul Winter Carnival Grade Day Parade in St. Paul. Volcanus Rex was doing his job, with bringing in warmer temps during the parade with it being 32°. We had a lot of fun talking to other communities Royalty and parade goers. A special thank you to our parents and chaperones for helping set up and take down the float.

Sincerely,

St. Paul Winter Carnival Coronation

My royal sisters and I went to the Saint Paul Winter Carnival Coronation.  The event was held at the St. Paul River Center.  There were a lot of royalty in attendance that came from all over.  The event program showed who the new Princes and the who the Royal Guards were.  Neveah. our Queen. had Queen’s weekend and was able to eat dinner with the other Queens.  She also went on-stage and got to introduce herself.  We were only able to see her for a few minutes because she had a busy weekend of events.  It was so fun because the leaving royalty all sang a goodbye song as each person was crowned to welcome in the 2025 winter carnival royalty.

Sponsor Visit: Hometown Meats and Sweets

For the past few months, I’ve had the incredible honor of representing The Inver Grove Heights Royalty program as 2025 Junior Miss Inver Grove Heights!

This journey has been nothing short of amazing, filled with growth, opportunities, and memorable experiences.

I had an opportunity to visit my sponsor, Hometown Meats and Sweets to thank them for their sponsorship and support.

Their sponsorship creates opportunities for me and the program to thrive, and I’m proud to carry their name when representing our community.

Thank you Hometown Meats and Sweets!

Secret Santa Shopping

My royal sisters and I volunteered to help kids shop for Christmas gifts for their family and friends at Dakota Lodge in West St Paul. Half of us wrapped the gifts and the other half were personal shoppers that helped the kids find gifts and help keep track of the amount of tickets (money) they had.  It was a fun event with a lot of kids participating and over 90 volunteers!
