St. Paul Winter Carnival Queen’s Weekend

I had the opportunity to attend Queen’s Weekend at the St. Paul Winter Carnival. We had an itinerary full of fun events, like bowling and painting. We got to watch both the Winter Carnival Coronation and the Vulcan Coronation. We also got to hang out and meet the new Winter Carnival court and the new Vulcan Krewe. We also visited the ice sculptures at Rice Park and the St. Paul Hotel. Even though the Grande Day Parade was canceled, we made the best of it by heading to the snow sculptures at the state fairgrounds and having our own mini parade. I’m very thankful to have been given this opportunity!

Vulcan’s Victory Torchlight Parade

My royal sisters and I had the opportunity to participate in the Vulcan’s Victory Torchlight Parade. Even though it was cold, we still had a lot of fun! We even got to meet Fairchild and Fairborne. After the parade, we watched the firework show and checked out the sculptures at Rice Park. Happy 140 years to the St. Paul Winter Carnival!

Service Project: Toys for Tots

For my second service project I collected donations for Toys for Tots. I liked this project cause I think all kids should get a toy for Christmas. Thank you to my sponsor Drkulas for partnering with me for this, we were able to get lots of donations and make lots of kids happy. Thank you to the community for donating the many toys.

Sponsor Visit: Quality Auto Care Center

Last week, I went to Quality Auto Care Center to see my sponsor, Bruce. We met and talked for a little while. He showed us his remodeled office, which looks really nice.  I had so much fun and I’m so grateful that Quality Auto Care Center is my sponsor!

Service Project: Fishes & Loaves

I did my service project at River Heights Church by volunteering with Fish & Loaves. We served meatloaf, mashed potatoes, salad, fruit, and bread to people for free. I worked with a couple others and had a good time!  It was great to help serve my community.

Junior Winter Carnival Coronation

On January 3rd my royalty sisters and I attended the Junior winter carnival coronation. We took many pictures and met with other city ambassadors. My favorite part of the event was watching the sideshow and seeing all the past royalty’s fun year. Congratulations to all the new junior winter carnival ambassadors.

Moose Lodge Breakfast with Santa

Jazzlyn and I went to the Moose Lodge for their Breakfast with Santa event.  The rest of the group went to the Grove since there were two different events that day. We took a couple photos with Santa then, we helped people by handing out cups to draw on. Then, we helped the cameramen find where the families were to get their photo. It was a fun time and a good start to Christmas.

Cuppa More Pages: Story Time With Santa

On Sunday, December 14, my Royal Sisters and I helped at the very first Story Time With Santa event at Cuppa More Pages. We helped kids with crafts and got to try some delicious cookies! Santa also came to read stories and take pictures with everyone. It was so fun helping out with the crafts!
