On October 19th, the Miss Inver Grove Heights Royal Family went to the Inver Glen Library to help out with the event going on. At this event, the kids were making halloween themed gingerbread houses. We helped the kids open the frosting and gave them their candy to place on the house they created. It was a lot of fun and it was nice to meet everyone who came. Thank you Friends of the Inver Glen Library for letting us come out and help.

On October 13th the Miss Inver Grove Heights Royalty went to Gertens for Pumpkin Fest. We helped greet people, paint pumpkins, play games, pass out apples, and helped with the bouncy house. We had a lot of fun talking and meeting a lot of people. Thanks to Gertens for having us and letting us help out.

Without the generous support of my sponsor I would not be able to be apart of this amazing program. My sponsor, Hometown Meats, has done so much for me. The owners Rob and Robin, have supported me throughout my year and I owe so much to them. Meeting with them and thanking him for such an incredible year was so fun. On June 23rd, the Inver Grove Heights Royal Court attended the South St. Paul Kaposia Days Coronation. The theme for their coronation was a city landscape, along the lines of New York, it was very cute. The candidates and the current royalty started the night with a dance and the candidate’s also had to do an on stage question, which they did very well! Then the current royalty showed their slide show and talked about their year representing their city. I cried a little because we got very close to the South St. Paul girls, and now their year is over. But, the new girls who were crowned are so deserving and I can not wait to spend the rest of our reign with them. Congratulations to the new South St. Paul Kaposia Days Royalty!
